Fits like a glove and holds strong

This is an absolute game changer. My grounds used to be scattered around my countertop where my espresso machine sits. Now I can easily keep quite a clean working area. This also allows me to easily use my needle distributor without worrying about making an even bigger mess.I’m not sure if I lucked out, but this dosing funnel fits like an absolute glove for my Capfei 51mm bottomless portafilter. if the funnel were any larger, it would be too big. As it is, however, it is the perfect size such that I can press it down into the porter filter and it “clicks” into place. The included strong magnets at that point don’t even matter, because it is held snuggly in place by my Porter filter basket.The listing accurately reports that a 51 mm tamper will not fit inside the dosing funnel, but this has not been an issue. The grounds are already neatly set into the portafilter basket before removing the dosing funnel and tamping, and no grounds spill out onto the countertop. I would rather use the appropriately sized 51 mm tamper than an undersized 49 mm tamper.This is a win. Would buy again

This heavy-duty dosing ring has been great. I've had it for over a year now, it functions well, allows me to even out the top of my portafilter grinds and stays put because it's magnetic.
