Easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. Quality is great! Great cooling racks for cookies, pies, etc.I bake my bacon on aluminum foil lined baking sheets in the oven. Since I bought these, I put these on the baking sheets and put the bacon on top to fry and let the grease drip into the lined pan. Baking on these is a game changer.These are sized bigger and are a little higher from the baking pans or countertops. They are more sturdy and I HIGHLY recommend spending a little extra for these. I ordered one set. I loved the quality of these and bigger size, so I bought another set for major baking days (not just for the holidays).Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE COOLING RACKS!!
