The pan helped everything bake evenly, the pan is sturdy enough to go through baking process without warping. Perfectly sized English muffins. Rust! Muffins stick

Bought 2 sets. Only used these twice, first time was good, no problems. Second time the muffins stuck and the pan is showing signs of rust. I hand washed them, dried, and stored properly so no reason for them to not be in perfect condition. I do not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised of how sturdy it is. The design is perfect for English muffins, but do not exceed amount or it will spread beyond the cavity into the pan lid and be really hard to open. Also Greene the kid as well is my advice!
