Onigiri made simple!
This onigiri maker works excellently! You will need to translate the box/instructions since they are all in Japanese. However, doing so is pretty easy and the TLDR of it is:1. Don't over fill2. Wet with water if not using seaweed3. The white press plate can get slippery when wet, so pulling off may get difficult (I did not experience this issue)4. Flip upside down on a plate or surface, give a little tap and they should come right out. If they stick, use a knife, fork, etc to loosen them a little.Overall, the plastic is thick and feels well built. The only portion of the product that feels a little delicate is the latch that keeps it closed, should you opt to use it as a carrying case for your lunch. The instructions also do say to use saran wrap if the rice balls are going to remain in the mold for some time.Overall, this is a great product, lets you easily assemble layers in your onigiri and doubles as a food transport container.
