Solid little turntable for creative builds
I’m still in the early stages of using this lazy susan as the base for a painting turntable, so I haven’t built the full rig yet. Right now, I’m experimenting with it—spinning it, checking hole spacing, and figuring out whether I’ll mount wood, 3D print components, or even repurpose something like an acrylic cutting board for a durable top. It’s a small part of the creative process, but it’s helping me plan how to get even coats with spray paint and clear coat without fingerprints or uneven coverage.The build quality is good, and while the bearings are a little noisy when unloaded, applying weight quiets it down. It doesn’t spin effortlessly, which I actually like—it stays put unless moved intentionally. This lazy Susan bearing is smooth and turns easily. It could be used in a cabinet or on a table as a service piece or for card games so everyone can reach the draw discard, all things I have used lazy Susans for. This one will, however, be in my paint booth for painting 3D printed models with a hands-off approach to painting all sides. It all depends on what you mount it to. Definitely a serviceable bearing and a good value at this price.
