Versatile, High-Quality Baking Sheets
Great baking sheets. The sheets are a heavy cage aluminum, which means they heat evenly. I was able to fit 20 cookies per sheet, so managed 10 dozen cookies without having to reuse any sheets. They clean super easy and nest perfectly into each other for storage. I don't believe these will warp because of the gage or the pans. I think they might scratch but I used pan liners so I didn't need to use utensils. I particularly like the ridge around the pan. The ridge will make these pans perfect for jelly roll cake or cinnamon rolls. It also gives a convenient way to grab the pan without mushing your baking. I thinks the value is there for the money because I don't anticipate ever having to replace these. I highly recommend for anyone that wants high quality baking sheets.

These baking pans are legit!! You can tell this just holding the box, why you ask? Because it’s heavy!These pans are made of thick aluminum, you can barely bend or twist them in your hands. This means they should keep their shape and retain even heat well. It’s amazing that these are half size, they are about as big as any common household baking sheet. This gives you an appropriate amount of room to bake enough cookies for your family.The quality of these allows you to bake like a pro, the thickness gives that even heating so you get the perfect results. Cleaning these is as one would expect with non coated aluminum, not as easy as a coated product but not difficult either. Best to use parchment paper or a liner if you want to keep them showing their natural aluminum color appearance.Best part of this is that you get 6 pans making it a great deal.

Nice Quality Baking Sheets!
I never thought I would get excited about baking sheets but trust me these are worth getting excited about lol. These sheets are a nice substantial weight and appear to be a nice sturdy product. These sheets manufacturer does advise hand washing which I have adhered to. These baking sheets are a really nice size for baking almost anything and have a good non stick capability. They do not appear to warp and although it’s early days I am extremely pleased. Getting SIX baking sheets is a bonus. It is recommended to use rubber utensils (which I have) as I’m sure as with most aluminum sheets, they would get damaged with metal utensils. A nice quality item.

Great Baking Results, But Cleaning Takes Effort
Right out of the box, these baking sheets felt really heavy and sturdy, which made them seem like good quality. When I washed them, the water beaded up, so it looked like they had some kind of coating on them. After washing, I did notice quite a few scratch marks, but I wasn’t able to get the baked-on food off using just a normal scrubber brush, even after soaking.Using them in the oven was a bit tricky. They didn’t slide in or out as easily as my older pans, and I had to put in extra effort to get them in and back out. I even burned a small spot on my hand trying to pull one out.The baking itself was nice and even, which I liked. Cleaning was more difficult than expected. I ended up using steel wool, and even then, dried egg was still hard to remove. I’ll be curious to see how they hold up over time after that.

These well made baking sheets are what my kitchen needed
At the current price point these baking sheets are an exceptional value. The dimensions are as advertised, and the construction is sturdy; the sheet aluminum is a bit thicker than other similar sheets in my kitchen and the sides are nicely formed and rolled. The carton notes that dishwasher use is not recommended which is what you would expect for unfinished aluminum; if this is an issue for you I'd recommend shopping for baking sheets made of a different material. I have a smaller-than-average oven so this size is perfect for my needs. I am very happy to own these!
