This is the spatula I have been looking for - sturdy and stiff, yet flexible enough to use when you want it to be; well shaped; and comfortable to hold. However, people with smaller hands might find it a bit too heavy and/or large. If that is the case, I know this company makes a spatula in a smaller size. I have no experience with that one, so I can't really comment. But for me, this spatula is aces.
I was delighted to find this silicone turner. It has a pretty color. It is sturdy and lightweight, and it has a good long handle.
I was looking for lightweight, short-handled egg turners with a high melting point. Couldn’t be more happy with these.
Easy to clean, dishwasherable, sturdy spatula, the thickness of the spatula is thin enough it is easy to get under eggs. My only complaint is the flipper part is a little wider than I wanted making it slightly awkward depending on what i am cooking in what size pan (in my opinion) but everything else about it is good!
