I wanted a glass teapot to boil my ginger in for tea. This product was perfect! So beautiful to see the ginger boil! The stopper keeps the ginger from pouring out with the tea and also allows for a mess free pour. This teapot is fragile so I suggest always handling with care. It is glass after all. I've had for about two months now and haven't had any issues. Highly recommend for tea drinkers!
I can say this from experience of owning 5 of them. They did not break due to heat/cold. They broke due to my negligence. This one though is outstanding. Not only is it easy for my chubby hands to get inside and scrub. But it's large size lets me steep a "Large" amount of tea. The tea strainer reaches within an 1/8 of an inch from the bottom of the pot so if you want only a couple of cups you can brew it (the water reaches the tea in the strainer). It does not drip when you pour.
We use it every day, since we recieved it 10 days ago! it is the biggest we found in Amazon, and works great!We usually poor the boiling water there... we have't used it like it infuser stovetop yet.Design is great, glass and stainless steel. very practical for herbal tea lovers like me and my family!
my mom lovesss it. uses it to brew her tea every morning, so cute. so it’s smaller than my sister’s head but bigger than mine… I hope that helps.
Great size and it works very well. The only problem is is that I hit it on something hard and cracked it. I really miss this product. It worked very well to make tea in.

Update: I’ve had the teapot just over a month and today while it was just sitting on the counter brewing some tea, I noticed a lot of water on the counter and stupidly picked up the pot. There was a 2” hole where the side curves under to the bottom and all the hot tea poured into the counter and floor. So either it had some defect in the glass or these teapots are not made to hold just-boiled water. I’m so disappointed because I really liked this teapot. It’s too late to return it and I don’t see any way to contact the seller, so I guess I’ll go back to ceramic teapots.It's slightly larger than other teapots I've had, and I love the tight fitting Infuser and lid made from metal, so they can’t be broken. Very handsome teapot!
