This is a tough one to review. Bowl and colander are perfect. However, the plastic lid is very cheap and tab used to lock onto Bowl broke in 2 weeks. If it wasn't for the crummy lid it would be 5 star

Gorgeous, durable, and versatile, with 3-in-1 functionality
As far as I'm concerned, salad spinners are a must unless you're going to buy expensive pre-packaged lettuce mix. Getting the lettuce good and dry before putting the dressing on it is essential unless you like watery salad dressing.My last salad spinner was cheap plastic, which worked okay but definitely wasn’t elegant. Whether or not one needs elegance in something that is designed to be used only in the kitchen while cooking is an open question, but this well-designed stainless steel salad spinner is definitely the best-looking one I’ve seen. It’s very well-made, being large and heavy with a silicone bottom to keep it from moving around on the countertop, a large handle that makes it easy to spin and latches that keep it tightly closed. I anticipate that it’ll be extremely durable. It has four parts to it (see photos): the bowl, a disk with a bump that sits in the bowl, the colander and the latching lid. So while it’s not inexpensive (current price $48.99), this is a very versatile piece of kitchen equipment. It can be used not only as a salad spinner, but when used as separate items, you also have a large, sturdy bowl and colander. The holes in the colander are small enough that it would work for any pasta, fruits or vegetables. I think this 3-in-1 product would be ideal for somebody living in an apartment or with a smaller kitchen. An added bonus is that it’s dishwasher-safe. Overall, I think this is a really great product.

Well-designed stainless spinner that doubles as a bowl and colander
This is a big step up from the usual plastic salad spinners. The 6L capacity handles a full head of lettuce or a big batch of fruit, and it spins them dry in just seconds. The stainless steel bowl looks great, is easy to clean, and doubles as a serving bowl.At first I thought the disk insert with the bump was odd, but it actually makes sense — it’s the center spin mount, and removing it leaves the bowl smooth inside so it’s more useful as a regular mixing/serving bowl. Nice bit of design.The silicone base keeps it stable, the locking clips prevent splashes, and everything breaks down easily for dishwasher cleaning. The stainless isn’t as heavy as a stockpot, but it feels sturdy enough for everyday use.Overall: a 3-in-1 spinner, colander, and bowl that’s efficient, versatile, and worth the investment if you prep salads regularly.

Perfect addition for the Home Gardener!
I love all things Stainless Steel. This gem is no exception. The only thing that could have been better would be making the lid stainless as well instead of plastic. That would have made this bowl a SOLID 5 stars! We grow our own lettuce. Anyone that grows their own produce knows that unless you like eating dirt, you'll need to wash those veggies. When it comes to lettuce, washing off the dirt is a MUST. I really don't like when I bite into dirt. That being said, lettuce is always left too wet and there is no way to dry it. This 6L Stainless Steel rotator is a great tool for taking care of your lettuce. It's plenty large enough to do a good amount of lettuce, it's easy to use and clean. Everything about the design is well thought out and works great. However, if any part of this piece is going to break or eventually give you an issue it is probably the plastic lid. If the lid had been made of stainless as well you would have this rotator for life. Just take care of it and I'm sure you'll get years of service. Great product and we love it!
