I have always wanted to try making my own mozzarella cheese and after seeing how simple the process can be, I decided it was finally time to give it a shot. I picked up this set of cheesecloths to help with straining and they have been exactly what I needed.One of the biggest highlights of this set is that the cheesecloths are reusable. I love that I do not have to keep buying disposable cloths, which cuts down on waste and saves money in the long run. Good quality cheese cloth bags for cold brew making
I use these cheese cloth bags regularly for making my own cold brew at home. I find that using a French press doesn't filter out the coffee grounds enough for my liking, but this set of cheese cloth bags does the trick perfectly. The cloth bags are shaped like a bucket, kind of like a traditional drip coffee filter, so I just line a large pitcher or jar with the bag and slowly pour in my cold brew. The shape of the bag makes it very stable! The resulting filtered coffee is nice and smooth. I have also used this once with homemade oat milk, and it worked beautifully! I think these are a necessity for making your own cold brew or nut milk.

These 6PCS Cheese Cloth Bags for Straining, reusable nylon cheese cloth filter bags look nothing like the pictures in the item listing. One of the pictures claims they are 100% cotton while a different picture says they are nylon. They are definitely NOT made of cotton. They have several seams and a flat bottom. The packaging was messy as it looked like they had just been crumpled and stuffed into a plastic bag.

Great Design
The bowl shaped design and drawstring design are absolute game changers for cheesecloth in my opinion. It is so much easier and less messy to simply lay it down in the bowl with the drawstring edge around the top and then pour everything into the bowl and filter from there rather than trying to deal with ensuring all corners are secure and nothing is leaking out. They have worked great for nut milk and for straining seeds out of fruit sauces. They clean up really well, so it's easy to reuse them over and over. I'm very happy with them.

Super Useful and Easy to Clean
The fine nylon mesh does an excellent job filtering nut milk and juice without letting pulp through. I really like the bowl shape and drawstring—it makes pouring and squeezing much easier and less messy. I used it so strain green juicy, well, it literally caught all the fiber and only allow juice pass through!
