Customer Service BEST - Straws are fantastic
Not Long enough for my cups..otherwise good product.UPDATE July 12: Turns out this company actually reads their customer reviews!! I purchased an aluminum straw from a local gas station chain last year and it was awesome. But with time and daily use, it could stand to be replaced. Turns out they don't sell these anymore so I went looking and found these straws at OYOY. I didn't see the actual size on the description, which was 8.5". As I said in first review, these are just a bit short for the size of my cup so didn't do me much good. On the other hand, they seemed decent and came with a variety of colors and the cleaning brush is brilliant. The company sent me an e-mail saying they now have 10.5" straws and will replace my order at no cost. I sent them my address at around midnight last night (local time) and within minutes got another e-mail telling me my replacement order is in the mail. Should be here in a week or two (has a long journey). Mind you, there is nothing wrong with the first straws, just too short for my particular use. But I'm beyond happy with this level of service, although don't believe they did anything wrong to begin with. I look forward to seeing their newest straws and will provide another update at that time.Final Update: I got my new straws and they are better than I could hope for. My wife got to the mail before I did so I only ended up with three straws and the cleaning brush while she stole three of them for herself...hahaha. They fit my insulated drinking cup perfectly so I'm back in business with cold straws! The company did NOT have to send me new ones, I didn't ask for them, but they said they wanted every customer to be happy. I'm happy as could be with the colors, size, cleaning brush, sturdy straws I can use over and over that make drinks even colder, and most happy with OYOY. if you are looking for reusable metal straws to keep your drinks that much colder, stop shopping and buy these!!

Very poorly made
Within a few months the paint began peeling off these straws. I don’t know what the paint was made of but I didn’t like it floating around my drinks. I had to throw them all out. It’s too bad because they were cute

Will Buy Again!
I love these straws! The colors are beautiful and, so far, there hasn't been any flaking issues, which is what I was worried about, even when using them in highly acidic drinks (like kombucha and lemon water). I will only hand was them as the instructions say to do. These straws perfectly fit both the 30 oz and 20 oz Tervis and SIC stainless steel tumblers. They are wider than a standard straw but thinnger than a typical boba straw. I love that the straw gets super cold. I drink a LOT of ice water, and this metal straw makes the water taste much sweeter and cleaner than it does through a plastic straw. These are not good for drinking hot beverages as the thin metal gets very hot which burns my lips. But I never really intended to drink hot things through a straw. I just wanted to test it out. I'm super happy with this purchase.

Color gets stripped after one use - HAZARDOUS!
Horrible horrible straws.The colors are fun and the straws are large which is nice.However the color peeled off of them when:1) it was left in any drink too long (overnight)2) it was hand washed3) it was in the dish washerThis is hazardous at minimum and now I have silver straws after one use. Ridiculous.Glad I’ve been drinking the color off my straws.

These straws show having a diameter of 0.3 inches, which is what I wanted, but they are closer to a 0.24 inch diameter. The other measurements are correct.
