This meat cleaver is pretty cool looking. It is a fantastic weight. The edges of it are slightly rounded up. It is very sharp and has no problems going right through a whole chicken. It has a hole so you can hang it up. I like the textured look of it. I have found it works really good on the large hard vegetables also. It is well made and a very nice quality.

Haven't used it much yet, but so far I like it. I feel it retains its edge well. It shows little rust sign but I think it's the sign of hardness, we just need to take care of it. Wipe it clean after use.
