Beauty and Quality!!

I love this little (wanted smaller size- this is about 7” diameter) stainless steel strainer!! It’s big enough to strain 2-3 servings of pasta! The quality is amazing! It has some weight to it. Does not feel like cheap thin material that will dent easily - or at all!! I love running my hand over the holes - it is so smooth - no rough or sharp edges. All of the connections are seamless, sturdy and beautiful! Liquids drain out fast and thoroughly. I have rinsed and drained rice with this strainer and the holes are small enough that the rice does not flow out of the holes. It fits perfectly in my 2qt/2L saucepan (see photo).The only drawback is there are no feet on the bottom so that the strainer can stand on its own. But I would buy it again in an instant for it’s beauty and quality!!

Quality Stainless Steel Well Made

Just received this stainless steel colander with handle today and have not used yet, but it looks and feels the quality I am looking for. Now that my husband and I are retired, no kids at home and cook just for us for the most part we really don't need the extra large stainless steel colander that we've had for decades as much. The small plastic collapsible colander I got a couple years ago ended up with with a tear in it, then noticed spaghetti I strained had red dye on the noodles from the plastic on the colander. I immediately chunked it, noodles and all! No more plastic! I can feel confident using this new stainless steel tool to strain or steam our food and appreciate the safety and durability that should last forever. Highly Recommend!
