Heavy duty set of stainless steel black coated plating tools
Quality set of plating tools. This set of plating tools is pretty heavy duty. I got it really specifically for the tweezers which has a nice variety and size. The spoons are also nice serving sized spoons.It is unusual that there are actually more items in the set than called out in the listing. If you count every single item in this, there are actually twelve items. There is a cleaning brush for the zester and a cleaning wipe. The zester does have some holes in the protector sleeve which I am not a fan of. I guess they could be for drying out/aeration, but I prefer that the the sleeve be completely protective as zester are quite sharp..All the other items are of heavy weight, I like the smallest tweezer set (I may use it for something other than cooking). I’m not 100% sold on the black color as I have not used it long enough to test out the finish longevity.Why black? I am not sure. Maybe it allows you to see the color of the sauces/food better?

Metal looks dirty all the time
Nice set but the metal it's made out of leaves extremely noticeable fingerprints all over and makes the tools look dirty. Maybe instead of sending a polishing cloth just make the tools out of something that doesn't need it. For 50 bucks I wouldn't buy.
