Really nice quality set, minus the timer!
I bake a lot of casseroles and bakery/breads and these are freaking awesome. My favorite parts of the set are the oven mitts. They're thick, comfortable, bend easy, and silicone non slip waffle pattern on them are awesome! Didn't think it was possible to have a comfy oven mitt but these exceeded my expectations by far. Love the hot pads too. Little pockets on the corners so you can slip your hands in to fold over, or just grab and go without using the pockets. Again, love the silicone no slip action. Really nice big drying towel, double layer, one smooth soft side and the other terry/regular. Nice durable, nice sized dishcloth, not thin or cheap. The added timer was kind of a flop, but I didn't get this set for the timer. It's too quiet, it takes 1 AAA battery (not included), and the cheap magnet that's on the back is just a sticky back stuck to plastic that can hold a basic piece of paper, no more. The timer fell off in about 12-15 minutes after I stuck it to my fridge, magnet on the fridge, timer on the floor. Threw the whole works into my junk drawer. My suggestion is to take the cheap timer out of this set entirely. The rest of the set is very nice on its own. Seams are strong and perfect on everything, really nice quality, and I highly recommend!! Definitely worth the price.

Simple set
This arrived with all pieces present. The pot holders and gloves are slightly thinner than others I've used, but still seem to do an ok job for the 500F max temp listed. The dish towel is on the nicer side and dries plates well. Everything seems to be ok and work fine, although I did have trouble with the timer. I used it a couple times and the timer part of it works just fine and like others I've used, but the magnet on the back fell off, which caused the timer to fall off my fridge. I imagine if I put a dab of superglue on it, it'll be fine going forward, but not great to have to fix it.Overall, it's a nice little set. This would likely make a nice present for a young person just getting their kitchen setup, such as a college student.

Great set of oven mitts and kitchen necessaries.
Everything in this set is something that at some point a person is going to need in their kitchen. The quality of the items is pretty good. Especially the oven mitts and the pot holders with the silicone on them to help a person keep a good grip on whatever hot item them are picking up. I love the pot holders having a pocket that you can put your hand into, thus making them better to use for gripping pot handles or hot tea kettle handles. The dish towel is a bit different with having a terry type side on one side and a smooth cotton type side on the other side, but it does the drying nicely. The dish cloth ... well it is a standard dish cloth, lol.The timer is simple to use and has multiple ways of using it in that it can be set on a flat surface with an attached prop on the back, like a photo frame. It has a magnet on the back side so it could be stuck onto anything metal for a vertical mounting. I also noticed it has a small loop on the top that it could be attached to a lanyard if you were using it time your jogging or some such thing. It takes one AA battery that does not come with it.The whole set is pretty nice and a fair price for all the items in this set. I definitely will recommend this set. Also, I really think it would make a great gift for bachelors, young people just starting with their own home, or anyone you might need a gift for and have to watch your budget.
