Great quality pan and great deal. Buy 4 of these or one Hexclad
I love the pan and will be buying a larger one. Most people these days don’t really know how to cook let alone how to properly use a frying pan. Too many are used to blasting the heat on high, burning their food, and releasing toxic fumes from cheap nonstick coatings. That’s why I was really impressed with this pan. This 8” non-stick frying pan is a game changer. It’s made from quality materials with a hybrid ceramic coating that’s free from PFAS, PFOA, and PTFE unlike brands like Hexclad, which still use PTFE. This pan is a healthier alternative and performs just as well, if not better.I’ve made crepes and Moroccan baghrir on it, and nothing stuck. It heats evenly, holds temperature well, and my eggs come out perfectly every time without needing much oil. The stay cool handle is a nice touch, it never gets hot and it’s safe for the oven, and all cooktops including induction. Cleans very easily just water and wipeOne tip: don’t crank it to high heat right away. Let it heat up gradually, and always have something in the pan to distribute the heat. Like any good cookware, take care of it never add cold water to a hot pan, and avoid using metal utensils to keep the surface intact.Overall, this pan is a solid addition to any kitchen. If you’re trying to move away from toxic coatings and still want great performance, this is the one to get. Perfect size for my electric stove, nice depth enough to make sauces and the scratch resistant is tough, feels like it will last

Beautifully crafted and wonderfully performing 9.5" frying pan.
First thing that came to my mind when I took that item from the box was: this is not a kitchenware, this is a piece of art, if only it would work as good as it looks. That frying pan did not disappoint. It heats evenly, food is not sticking when cooked without oil or butter, or when oils are used. It performs better on medium heat, at least on my electric stove. I don't keep my kitchen utensils on display, but I might make an exception for that little masterpiece: the bottom of the pan looks like something made by an Art Deco craftsman.

Better than Hex Clad
While I have only used the pan 2x I am impressed.I use a radiant heat electric stove (glass top). To get good heat transfer you need a pot with a very flat bottom. This pan meets that requirement hands down.I have fried eggs in the pan, and they glided around the pan like they were on a cushion of air.I also seared a tuna steak and found that the pan heats very evenly. Thus far I like it better than my Hex Clad

I haven’t used the hex clad brand. I bought this to save some money and it works great. I would recommend it.

Pan explosion Review for SAKAMOSH Stainless Steel Pan.
Review for SAKAMOSH Stainless Steel PanI don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like people need to know about this. We bought this stainless steel pan from SAKAMOSH, and it was supposed to be “nonstick” and high quality. Instead, it literally exploded during normal use.The pan has two small knobs on each side where the handles attach. Out of nowhere, one of those knobs blew off with a loud bang, which scared the crap out of us. A black rubbery material — possibly an O-ring or some kind of seal — shot out from the handle area along with a burnt rubber/oily smell that filled the kitchen immediately. Both aluminum-looking caps on the knobs popped off violently. Whatever seal they used inside completely failed under normal cooking conditions. It was loud, dangerous, and completely unacceptable for a kitchen product. This is NOT something you expect from a pan — it should not have internal components that can fail explosively. It could have seriously injured someone if they were standing closer. Definitely would not recommend this pan to anyone unless you want your cookware to double as a small explosive device.Save your money — and your safety.
