Great dish if you don't mind having to open a lid.

Love the size of it, love the look of it; what I wasn't thinking of, though, when I ordered it, is how often I have one "dirty" hand from food prep and one clean hand to grab salt with -- I don't want to open it with my dirty hand, so taking the lid off and salting requires me to use the same hand twice, which is a lot less convenient than just reaching into a little open dish of salt with my clean hand once. That seems more like a "me problem" though, so still 5 stars.

Very nice, but some issues.

An excellent little salt cellar. The size is excellent and the finish is very attractive. The spoon does feel a little cheap due to the glossy polyurethane-looking finish, and doesn't slot well into handle loop, and there's a small burr present on the inside of that loop. However, it's likely that I just happened to get one with a minor blemish and it's probably not present on most examples. Overall, a very good value.
