A kindness to future you!
Food prep for the win! It is a great luxury to be able to grab some already-cut-up watermelon when I want a snack. Cutting it up makes such a mess. Better to do it only once. A kindness to future me.I am very happy with these containers. Handles on each side snap onto the rim to secure the lid. A thick gasket keeps them sealed.I have had other containers that work the same way but are very hard to close, and very hard to open. These are much easier, but still seem secure. I would not trust them for something like tossing your lunch into a backpack, because if one of the tabs got jarred loose the food might leak out. I would suggest keeping them upright, especially with liquids. (I have not had any experience with them leaking or coming apart – just being cautious, based on the way they work.) But for storing food at home they are awesome.Cleaning them is easy. The gasket pulls right out, so the channel under it can be washed, and even the little handles pop off easily from just the right angle, so everything can be thoroughly cleaned. I put the glass containers in the dishwasher, and wash the lids by hand. They are available in a variety of sizes and colors. I got the 36-ounce ones which seem right for everything I need. This size holds about two servings of pasta, two servings of watermelon, etc. I even used them to bake a sheet cake, but I divided it between three of the containers. That meant each small cake stayed fresh longer. Being able to stack them saves space. As we ate the cake we were able to reclaim space in the refrigerator, rather than having a mostly-empty 8” x 13” pan taking up a whole shelf.I didn’t make different cakes that time, but it would be possible to do three variations – one with nuts, one with sliced apples, and one plain, for instance. I avoid onions, but my husband loves them. With smaller baking dishes like this we can make a single recipe of something like baked pasta, but divided into two dishes – mine with no onions, and his with plenty. Just as easy as making it in one dish, and it stores better in the refrigerator. They hold much more than random round bowls, and having eight that are all alike means they stack more neatly for storing and use space more efficiently in the refrigerator. Plus you can Bake and store meals in The same container rather than messing up your pretty lasagna or cake to put it into a plastic storage thing. (Plus, the food is never in a plastic dish – only the lid is plastic.) And they can go right into the microwave or oven to cook or reheat a meal. Fewer dishes to wash, and better for presentation. They do take up a good bit of room to store. They do not nest. I cleaned out the large drawer where we keep this kind of thing to make room. I kept all the good stuff, and had plenty of room for these. I store all the good containers with their lids on, stacked neatly in the drawer. That project took a couple of hours, but the results are worth it and now everything is very usable. All my mismatched containers with missing lids have been retired to the garage for parts cleaning, plaster mixing, etc.I have also used these to cut up a bunch of bell peppers – another pain in the neck that’s better done in one go, store leftover pasta so I only have to cook a big batch, and hold smoked salmon from Costco, which makes an oily mess on the cutting board, so I can cut little bits off right in the dish.Sometimes having exactly the right thing makes all the difference!

Good waterproof-sealing, spacious, sturdy glass food storage containers.
Great food containers. Waterproof seal, large spacious containers for lots of food, and good design means they can stack on top of each other without sliding off. They're good quality glass containers with plastic lids and I really like them a lot. Works great for transporting food, hot or cold.

Perfect weekly meal prep container
Exactly what I expected. Meeded some high quality , durable glass containers for weekly meal prep. Easy-to-use and easy to clean via dishwasher. Just dont throw the plastic lids in their as they can be warped. Perfect set to gave you all set for the week ahead. If anything negative I suppose they are the only heavy side as they are meant to be durable but its a good tradeoff

Love these
These are absolutely perfect for meal prepping. Very happy with the quality and size. The rubber seal on the kids removes so you can clean them separately. Pretty handy.

Looks to be good quality and size
Updated: I have gotten around to using them, and I want to just update on the size. See the picture of my most recent meal prep. I don’t measure everything so some of this is guessing, but overall it was a size that worked for my purposes but may not be functional for all meals (like a big salad, ribs, etc). For me these are planned to be used for meals like a meal on top of a starch with a side of veggies, or like a sandwich where you want to keep the bread separate from the wet ingredients and assemble when you get to work. So for this meek (salmon, rice, grilled veggies), I was able to include about 3/4 cup of rice in the main container and probably 3 oz of salmon on too (I did have to press down a little bit for it to lay flat for the lid). The smaller compartment I think I had about a cup of veggies but I figure this section is really probably 1/2 cup. I liked the containers to eat straight out of even though it was kind of tight so sometimes food fell out while eating (like grains of rice). But again, not a big deal given the convenience of having this type of container and it’s glass. I also did freeze half of these and thawed and microwaved through the week. That also held up well. The only thing I didn’t like was the lid. It’s weirdly bowed. Like I feel when i close it there is like a hump or bubble on top that makes it seem like another container wouldn’t sit flat. It’s weird. My snapware lids don’t do that. So in that sense I think these lids are cheaper in quality than my snapware ones and maybe won’t last as long. I appreciate the glass though because it makes it very easy to clean and doesn’t stain like plastic containers do. So I’m happy with it but it doesn’t get 5 stars because the lids seem a little wonky. This is also only after 1 week of use. No idea how this holds up over time.Original: I have not used these yet, so cannot speak to durability or functionality, but just wanted to say I was impressed with what I received so far. The items came packaged in styrofoam and none of my pieces were broken or damaged. I wanted to check that first thing, as I had seen some other reviews complain about receiving broken items. Mine were fine. Then I also know some people were concerned about the size. I am not good at gauging size from a product description, so I was nervous about it. But this is comparable to the containers i currently use for my lunches (Snapware), so I think this should be fine. Plus it has the added bonus (if that is what you are looking for) of having compartments. I definitely think this would help keep my food from getting soggy or keep things from touching that you don’t want to. For comparison, I usually use the 3 cup (0.7L) snap ware for lunch (e.g., sandwich, rice and meat, etc), which is what is pictured. I haven’t used these glass containers yet so don’t know if the compartment will be a blessing or a curse haha. But I am excited to start using them and see for myself.

Perfect for Meal Prep
We started meal prepping and these individual containers fit TONS of food! They're easy to clean and store lots of food. We haven't had a leak yet! Durability is okay - just be careful when removing the lining from the lid. I did cut one by accident, but the rest are all in good condition.

Great product! We will buy again.
These are fantastic! They stack perfectly in my cabinet, they are a heavy glass so they are very durable! The lid seals great with no leaks! The lids are plastic but a strong plastic and I haven’t had an issue with them breaking or getting discolored or funny and I’ve been using for about a year now. The clean up really well.
