This set will make you smile!
I chose the Vetoska 8-piece Sunflower Plaid Kitchen Towel Set because I couldn't help but smile, seeing those bright, happy sunflowers in the middle of our cold, Minnesota winter. The set is actually prettier than the pictures. The colors are bright and vibrant, and the black and white checkered background works well with the flowers. The green in the leaves and flowerbuds match my countertops, and the leaves are lightly tipped in a light purple/pink. The yellow petals are given depth with touches of orange. The center of the sunflower is done in browns. There is a little bumble bee, ready to land on each bunch of flowers. I love this set,1.) Measurements of each item are given in the description and the measurements are accurate.2.) The oven glove easily fits and works for my child-sized hand, and husband says it's comfortable for his hand wrist to tip of middle finger is 8"3.) Both mitts and potholders are insulated. I have used both, taking things from oven heated from 350 to 400, without any problem.4.) Towels are microfiber, which means low absorbency (just as description says). But for this review purpose, I poured 1/4 cup of water on my counter, and the towel did scoop up most of it, leaving a moist spot that I did get up after a couple swipes. Being microfiber, this didn't surprise me.5.) My next test was cleaning a a goulash spill.with one of the towels. It easily picked up the deliberate spill. I always use Shout stain remover for towels used for greasy spills, and the towel came out of the wash looking brand new!6.) Each item has a hook hanger that makes it easy (and pretty) to just throw on my hooks.Bottom line: The towels are a real brightener for my kitchen, and I really want to keep them pristine for a decorative touch rather than cleanup, but knowing they'd work just fine if I really needed to use them for spills.The oven mitts and potholders worked as they should, protecting my hands from heat. I don't need/want them for a decorative touch, so will use them often.

Nice Set for the Price - Colorful - Thin Material
I received my towel and kitchen set and am mostly pleased. The 4 towels are bigger sized than most kitchen towels and they are printed brightly and boldly. Aesthetically, everything looks attractive. The items likewise feel well made and sewn nicely.The towels are a bit thinner than I'd prefer in a functional rather than decorative capacity. I found that the square hot pads just don't work functionally - they're pretty but heat up very quickly in hand, rendering them largely useless. The oven mitts are constructed a little better and are a bit more durable, but they're not entirely trustworthy either, especially when removing items from the oven or air fryer.Overall, this is a visually attractive but structurally weak set of items. It's a reasonable value for 8 items total and would last perhaps as a seasonable and decorative item set rather than a strictly functional one. The cheery sunflower designs definitely give summer vibes. : )
