Great quality and extremely useful size.

Surprisingly, this small size is excellent for most uses. I received one this size with another set of spatulas and was so impressed I ordered this entire set of the one small size. They are durable and soft and being silicone they are high heat resistant for use with scrambled eggs, chili, ground beef, just about anything you cook in a skillet. We leave them resting on the rim of super hot skillets and there are no marks or melted spots at all.All I can say is both my wife and I feel this is the most convenient size for any skillet dish. No waste with these spatulas

I actually like the 'spoontulas' a little better for overall usability, but these are great and there's always 3 or 4 in my dishwasher at any given time. The best thing about silicone is how well it scrapes. Compared to a regular spoon or knife, it scrapes every drop out of a can of creamed corn or a jar of peanut butter or a mixing bowl full of brownie batter, its edges literally conforming to the surface of any container. Even with recipes where you might have to melt butter or measure out milk, you don't have to put up with the residual oily or milky liquid lining the measuring tool because you can encourage every drop out. This makes cleanup easier too. I highly recommend. Heat resistance only gets a 3 - maybe because I have too-high expectations for silicone, but I had one drop onto a turned-off-but-still-hot burner, and it began to melt. Still bears the marks of the meltdown, so I don't use it for food anymore but its in my garage now for similar scraping and mixing tasks. Worth every penny.
