Best way to make your pancakes!
I gotta say, since I got this pancake pourer, I have been eating a lot more pancakes! This stainless steel dispenser makes quick work of things by just adding your batter, pulling the handle trigger, and dispensing perfectly round pancakes every time. On my griddle, to process of making pancakes now takes minutes, and I can have 14 pancakes on the plates of my hungry kids in no time. Real game changer for me, easy to clean, well-working mechanism, and quality and durable stainless steel construction.

Had a few different versions of this from different vendors. A plastic one, and metal with a screw and nut at the pivot point. The nut came off and fell in. That’s not an issue on this one. The only issue is the edges are a bit rough and cut my son’s finger. Could just be this one.

I really like this pancake dispenser and have been looking for one for a while but did not want a plastic one. Some of the reviews mentioned that it leaks but mine worked perfect not a single leak. It's a little small but in reality it's perfect size for two people. I mixed the batter in a separate bowl so you could make as much as you want and the size of the dispenser does not really matter. It held enough in one run to make about 12 small pancakes which is perfect for my wife and I. It's easy to clean and well made should do me a long time.

Works great
I used this dispenser for both cupcakes and pancakes and it works very well. Though small in size but very easy to load and then pour to the pan(one click). One time the pancake was thick and was afraid it would pour easily, I had no problem. I don’t worry about cleaning, it is easily cleaned in my dishwasher. No leaking from the bottom for its good sealant.

Looks great but functions poorly
The stainless is great. I bought this to replace my cracked black stone dispenser. This dispenser misses the mark on function. It does not handle thicker batters due to a small hole size. Even when using a thin pancake batter the dispenser failed to close without help. It works best as a poor cup. Skip this purchase and opt for the black stone version.

Slow to Dispense, But Sturdy and Clean Look
Background: This purchase was to upgrade and replace a broken version of this tool which was made of plastic. I had it for years and the handle mechanism one day just cracked in half.I wasn’t going to let that happen again so I upgraded to this stainless steel version.Good: It does what it’s supposed to do, it’s clean by nature of being SS, sturdy design, batter cleans up easily, and no leaking.Not so good: it doesn’t quite have the velocity when pouring/dispensing. I’ve experimented with lightening my batter and greasing the inside and bottom of the dispenser, but no luck. So most times I find myself adding a straw and shaking the product to try and get it to run a little quicker. No luck.The only other thing I’ll mention is the edges (top opening and handle) are a little rough and could be smoothed out.
