These molds worked great. They were sturdy enough and kept their shape well, but it was still easy to stick the skewers through to hang them upside down. I’ve been making panettone every year at Christmas time for 4 years now, and I think these molds are just as good as the other brands I’ve tried. I can’t say they’re necessarily any better or worse than others.
