Modern Look Graters
I appreciate the handles on these graters. They're comfortable and appropriate in size. I wanted these because I've never had one for citrus and many recipes call for the zest. I was using a paring knife to cut slivers off. This is so much easier! No problems with them, they work like they should. I really like that they come with their own sleeve. They look modern and the stainless steel is shiny. One is quite long, but still fits in a kitchen drawer. Easy item to recommend.

Nice graters
At first I wondered... why two? Then I realized that one is long and skinny and the other is stout for a reason. The stout one would be best at grating a larger surface area, like for the side of a block of cheese; and, the skinny one better for grating in long strokes, like maybe a carrot. However, the grating blades are the same size on both so you're not getting a larger or coarser difference in the size of the grate. They are very sharp and thoughtfully the company includes a plastic shield that snaps onto the grating parts of each. The handles are comfortable with holes in the ends should you want to hang them. Since they are stainless steel you can put them in the dishwasher. These graters are nice utensils to add to your kitchen collection.

Disappointed
This is the first zester that I have ever owned. I had wanted one for a while, but I live in a small town and I couldn't find one at the two grocery stores that we have. I was looking forward to using these as zest gives citrus more flavor without increasing the amount of sweet or sour that the flesh provides. I went to use it and found it very difficult to zest with. The teeth are so aggressive that the skin just gets stuck. Once you get it going it GOES. It was taking off huge chunks of the skin of my lemons. There is no in between, you either get the zester stuck or it gouges the skin. The zest ends up being larger pieces than those that I have seen from watching cooking videos. It is the same for both sizes. I didn't even attempt to use them on limes because they are so small and I was afraid I would take a chunk out of my finger if it slipped. So, while they get the job done, you have to be very careful to use them just right. Perhaps this will change over time, with consistent use and slight dulling of the blades, but so far I would not recommend them.

Sharp and well-designed
I needed these graters decades ago. I just didn't know it. I've long watched baking shows where people zest oranges and lemons and wondered how on earth they use a grater to do that, with my old ones all that would happen is that the fruit would get damaged. Turns out my old ones were just really dull and needed replacing.I tested these zesting some citrus fruits and they performed like a dream. Grating the peel was fast, easy, and gave the perfect small shavings for flavoring the cake I was making. The handles are easy to hold securely, and the non-slip tip at the other end means you can easily hold it in place against a counter or cutting board while using, which makes things much easier. The covers are easy to clean as well and provide nice protection for hands rummaging in crowded drawers.If you have any challenges at all with your current graters, or need some to stock a new kitchen, get these. You'll save hours on prep and enjoy your cooking or baking far more.

Easy Grating
One of my favorite cheeses is Parmesan cheese that comes in a block. For a long time, I've been using a flat grater to grate cheese, garlic, and carrots, along with using it to zest citrus fruits. However, I got tired of trying to balance the flat grater over a bowl while holding down the grater.So, when I came across these two hand-held graters, I got excited. Plus, it's a two-pack deal and snap-on covers to protect the grater. Nice! Now, I am really having fun grating Parmesan cheese. Such a big difference having a handle to hold onto while grating. I also like the sharpness of the grater, creating thin cheese confetti. Makes for an appetizing presentation.As for the zester, I used it to grate garlic, which is easy enough. The only part I don't like is having to scrape off the grated garlic from the grater just because it does get a bit wet. Overall, though, I think these hand-held graters make grating easier, so I give the pack a 5-star rating.
