Beautiful, Functional Pan That Bakes and Cleans Like a Dream
I ordered the 9.5-Inch Round Cast Aluminum Cake Pan with Ceramic Nonstick Coating to review and to replace my older, traditional cake pans. I’ve already used it for cakes, breads, and even nut roasting—and I absolutely love it. The ceramic coating is the smoothest, most nonstick surface I’ve ever baked with. It only needed a quick break-in as described in the included instructions.The cast aluminum design makes it sturdy but lightweight, much easier to handle than cast iron. It heats evenly, helping everything bake through perfectly without hotspots or sticking. I also appreciate the elegant beige and gray finish—it looks as good as it performs.Cleanup is effortless—just a quick rinse and it’s spotless, though I still prefer to hand wash it. The pan feels solid and resists warping even under high heat.
