Great Non-Stick Pie Pan, But the Removable Bottom Is Tricky

I had been needing a pie pan, and this one is great! My only issue is the removable bottom — I had such a hard time trying to get it out from under the pie that I ended up leaving it on and cutting the pie with it still there, which unfortunately scratched the pan. It truly is non-stick though; I never had any issues with food sticking, and cleanup was super easy with no mess left behind.
