This thing really is a solid piece of equipment. It's all aluminum handle and stainless steel Peel make it feel like it's going to be indestructible. If I give up on pizzas I think it'll make an amazing weapon
Nice size. Long handle. But alittle flimsy. Bends down when you have a pizza with alot of stuff on it. Works good nice size to get into the pizza oven to move your pizza around
Great turning peel, very thin peel allows for easy sliding under the pizza for turning. I've had a few turning peels, this is functionally the best I had. Great value.
I’m not sure of the technical name for those little bands and metal that are generally stamped in. They have the beginning and an end that helped to give the metal a little more rigidity but maybe they could’ve done something like that. I love that it’s thin the edge so that it can easily get under whatever it is you’re trying to move with it, but because the metal is dead flat, it tends to be overly flexible not that I’ve dropped anything yet with it but a mild concern. If they would’ve put a few reinforcement ridges on the underside held back from the leading edge they wouldn’t have had to go more than half an inch possibly even a quarter of an inch that would’ve meant you could’ve had the front edge flat down to get under and then scoop it up and keep the metal more rigid.
very happy with this pizza tuner. Wasn't expensive and does exactly what it needs to. I liked that it can be extended. thought I didn't need that.It's a good size. Not too big and not too small at 9 inches
Seems quite versatile, high quality as well. Wish it had one slightly shorter handle as well as the longer ones.
