Pans seem to be good quality, fairly heavy. Used baking spray and made 2 Portuguese sweet breads which cooked evenly and easily came out of pans. Only negative I find is slightly less than 2.4 inches tall but not enough to really matter.

Great price

The price for this set is great. It's good quality, and it is actually a thicker gauge. It's not like the ones at the dollar stores. It releases nicely and browns pretty evenly. You can make a decent 2-layer / 4-layer cake with the size of these pans. I didn't notice any change or adjustment needed for baking time from the box cakes. It bakes well with the box instructions. My only fuss about these are the textured bottom. I don't think it helps. I tried to bake with and without baking sheets in the bottom. The one with the baking sheet obviously releases instantly. The one without the baking sheet, got some places stuck to the bottom. So, just be careful with that if you're not using baking sheets.
