Last two spring form pans I purchased were junk and rusted. One was not actually stainless steal, and the other was poorly coated in nonstick. I guess the coating did flake off so it was definatly was non-stick. This is definatly a third times a charm scenerio.I just wish amazon would stop putting rufus on my screen.
Great quality and size. It was perfect for my cheesecake recipe and easy to use
Stainless steel, textured base, separates and reassembled easily, aligned well. Used it for a cheesecake, because of amount of liquid butter in the grahamcracker crust, i did use a cookie sheet underneath in case of leakage.
I was looking to replace my older springform pans that were non-stick coated and starting to flake, so stainless steel was what I wanted to try next. These are fine pans and look nice, and I appreciate the different sizes included.I expected them to scratch easily, since they have a glossy finish. What i didn't like was how thin the metal feels overall. Like they'd be extremely easy to bend or damage if they happened to fall or something heavy gets dropped on them in the sink.Overall they work great and don't seem to leak at all. Baking times weren't affected in any way, so that's another positive. I just wish they felt a bit more sturdy.
