I have been keeping an eye out for a reasonably priced tart pan, as I wouldn’t have a need for it too often. I came across this great priced item and again hemmed and hawed. I finally decided to give it a spin as it was a great price and with Amazon Prime- free returns. There was no need to return it as it released the cornmeal pie crust during the first try. It released easily and with a quick wipe to remove non-stick spray, it was ready to be stored for future tarts/chicken pot pie. The two time I have used it had great results! It is a great pan.
