Seems sturdy

I had to replace my tart pan after my blueberry tart accidentally hit the garage floor. If you look at the right side, you can see not only was my tart wrecked, but the pan was dented as well.This pan seems pretty sturdy... & while I hope I won't have another tart mishap... my fingers are crossed that this pan would survive a 3 foot fall!

Excellent Pan, Ordering Another

This tart pan was wonderful to work with. I bought it because exclusively to make a gluten free tart for a family member w celiacs. Though it is nonstick, I did use pan spray as my experience with gluten free baked items baked in aluminum tart pans (even though they, too, were sprayed) has proven to be frustrating. With this tart pan, the item I baked came out flawlessly! I was stunned! No trying to pry it out or breakage or anything; it baked up beautifully. Excellent buy! I’m ordering another.
