Beautiful!
This is a beautiful decorative set of teak wood utensils. It is made of a heavy wood with a finish. There is a large variety of spoons and spatulas. There is a drilled hole at the bottom of the jar for easy drainage. It also comes with a very nice spoon rest as well. I think the only bummer is the fact that the box said "Happy Mothers Day" I think they could have left that out because I would so give this as a gift for a bridal shower.

A solid set
As someone who loves to cook, I'm always on the lookout for new and creative kitchen gadgets. So I was excited when I bought this nine-piece wooden spoon set for my mom as a gift.I like this set because:1. It includes a great selection of spoons, a spatula, and a spoon rest. This means I'll have a utensil that's perfect for the job, no matter what I'm cooking.2. The spoons are made from high-quality teak wood that’s lightweight and sturdy enough to withstand years of cooking.3. The set comes with a stand to keep everything nice and tidy.4. The set comes packaged in a nice gift box, which is a big plus if you are gifting it to someone for Mother's Day.I would recommend this set to anyone who wants to upgrade their cooking game.

These are nice, but they recommend hand washing
I like this set of cooking spoons. I also like Teak wood and these seemed like a good idea. They say that these are not dishwasher safe. I am not sure why, because Teak is used for a lot of outdoor and wet applications. The one thing I did not like was the box. It says happy Mothers Day; we have cards for everything. The box does not need to say anything.

Good quality, looks and works great
This wooden spoon and spatula set looks great and works just as well. It includes all of the spoons and spatulas needed for those who cook a lot. I like the fact that they will not scratch any pot or pan. They have been through the dishwasher a few times now without any damage or discoloration. This is a very nice addition to my kitchen.

High Quality
I have owned many wooden spoons. They break, crack, stain, and splinter. This is so far, the nicest set I have. Not inly are they sturdy, they are easy to clean and perfect for non stick pans. My favorite of the set is the spoon that is like a strainer. The spatulas and spoons are nice too. The included storage cup has holes in the bottom, so liquid can drain. The included spoon rest is very nice. The entire set is very rigid and sturdy. The teak is high quality and very well made. Be an excellent house warming gift.

Beautiful and sturdy
Beautiful teakwood 9 piece kitchen set. There is a wooden holder with 4 holes drilled in the bottom for drainage, a wooden spoon rest and 7 utensils that go in the cylindrical wooden holder. They are various types of spoons, spatulas and a wooden spork. All very useful for the master cook. They all have holes drilled in the end of the handle also, so you can hang them up on the wall, as well as put them in the cylindrical container. And honestly, they look fantastic just in the container. It adds a really sophisticated look to your kitchen!

Too Many Flaws, Questionable Coating
I was looking forward to this set as I love wooden cooking utensils. However upon opening, the first thing I noticed were no care instructions. That's fine with it being for me and being able to refer to the product page, but this is meant as a Mother's Day gift and the receiver shouldn't have to find the product page to know how to care for their gift.Second, I noticed that one of the spoons has a rough, either un-sanded or nicked edge where it makes contact with pans while stirring, making me wary it'll scratch my pans. One spatula looks like it wasn't cut correctly on the end and is not straight, and then another spatula is dry and not coated in whatever the other utensils is coated in which brings me to my next concern which is what are they coated in and is it food safe?I did an internet search on what teak utensils are coated with and it said they should be coated with a food safe oil, but to be wary of teak coated in anything not safe to cook your food with. This product does not list anywhere that I can find on the box or product page what it is coated with, and even though the product page talks about teak's natural oils, these utensils are coated in something. You can tell by looking in the holes in the handles where there are some dry spots that didn't get coated. No to mention the spatula that got missed in the coating process.Add to all that they're made in China which has admitted to manufacturing different products for Americans than it does for their own people and has a record of sending us products with known toxins, and I just don't trust this set.Too bad, because I do like how it comes with 3 different spatulas.
