Perfect two people baking pan - Meatloaf, bread... - Heavy metal, nonstick

I have a cast iron loaf pan that I use to make a mean meatloaf. My wife asks for it often, and I'm happy to oblige. But, since we retired, we've cut portions down that making a full size loaf doesn't make sense. We can freeze the leftovers, but I really don't like it thawed and reheated. Cold meatloaf the next day on sandwiches is great though. I bought this pan for its size, and it is just the right size for two.The coated steel pan is rather heavy, I was surprised to find. Not cast iron, but not aluminum either. It's coated with non-stick material, and there's a warning not to use metal utensils or scrubbers on the pan surface. The sloped pan sides taper down to about the size of my smart phone. It is just right for a smaller meatloaf, and maybe a sweetbread or two.By the way, while I'm doing the meatloaf, I use the same mixture and bake rolled 1.25" balls and freeze for spaghetti instead of buying meatballs. The best loaf pan

I have had these for almost a year and they are perfect non stick “1/2” loaf pans. I use a standard loaf recipe and divide into 2 pans. No more wet middle and these bake in 30 minutes.I spray generously with coconut oil spray and they come out clean and easy.
