I have never had a 13x9" pan this nice. It's quite heavy and has nicely formed gripping handles. It does not have a Teflon-like finish, so you don't have to worry about scratching and ruining the pan when cutting into your product.I would highly recommend this pan.
We have been sorely lacking in pans in our household so I am really glad I got this one. Let's talk pros and cons.Pros:- It is very thick and well made which is the most impressive to me. Due to it being made of high quality material, it is a little heavier than your standard cheapo pan.- It heats evenly and the food I have used it for has turned out phenomenally. It is perfect for baking or cooking in my opinion.- It is easy to clean because it is nonstick. Easy to get food out without losing the integrity of it or leaving bits behind. Not sure how this will hold up over time.Cons:- The handles are just thin pieces of metal. Not so thin that they would cut you, but don't really have grip. You definitely need potholders to grab it out like any other pan. This didn't bother me so I did not dock any stars, but I did want to mention it.I would highly recommend this pan if you want a pan that will last. It is a great value for the cost.
I’ve really been enjoy enjoying this nice baking pan. It’s a very nice nonstick feel and the only complaint I have against it is oddly shaped the thin metal handles are. They don’t make the best for grabbing but the nice thing is they are very durable.
I was in need of a new 9 x 13“ baking pan. I got this one just before Thanksgiving, knowing that I would be using it frequently over the next few weeks. I never realized how much I needed a pan with handles until I had one many of my hot pads have better or stains on the edges because I’ve had to pick up the pan directly. No more! Now I can pick up the pan with its own dedicated handles keeping my potholders, clean and pristine. The pan itself is very sturdy and made from a thick steel coated with aluminum. I have baked cakes, brownies, sweet potatoes, and many other things in this pan and all have come out perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the quality and value for money that this item provides. It works well and bakes well.
I do not like cheap baking pans. So, when this pan arrived, I could not have been more pleased. The heavy-gauge, heavy weight steel pan definitely screamed that it was quality right off the bat. I love the high sides on this pan as well as the substantial handles. So many pans have whimsy handles, and you actually end up getting your oven mitt in the food as you try to manipulate it out of the oven, but not with this pan! The non-stick pattern actually performs better than expected. The design had me a little concerned that it would not be non-stick, but it proved me wrong! It is not only non-stick, but the pattern also allows for more even cooking of items with heat distribution. I never wash my baking pans in a dishwasher, but I can say the handwashing cleanup on this pan is a breeze! I am very pleased with the quality of this pan.
I love to bake and can never have enough pans and never deny trying a new one, so I ordered this one when it came along. I have tried this pan only once, since I just got it in the mail a couple days ago. So far, I am satisfied with its quality. My biggest possible concern with baking dishes is always the nonstick ability. So many baking dishes claim to be nonstick, but don't live up to their word. I will bake more with this pan and update this review if there are any changes in its nonstick ability. I also love the handles, they are truly easy to grip. With a lot of other pans ,the handles are so minimal that my hands with oven mitts on, just slip right off the pan. I have not experienced any warping of the pan, like I have with previous pans over the years, but again after using a few more times I will update this review with any changes. Update: Continuing my use with his pan and an so satisfied with it. The non-stick is wonderful. I use a very light coat of olive oil and no sticking. My banana bread is so light and fluffy, I love it!
This pan feels sturdy and well made right out of the box. The heavy-gauge steel heats evenly, and everything I’ve baked so far has cooked consistently without hot spots.The nonstick surface works well and makes cleanup much easier. I also like the reinforced rim…it feels durable and doesn’t warp.Great everyday pan for brownies, casseroles, and sheet cakes.
