These are well made and do a great job
Other than taking 2 months to ship, these are fairly nice coasters.-They came in well packaged and in perfect shape.-They seem well made and sturdy-The materials are sturdy and well made with no dents/chips or blemishes.-The wood ones may be finished with oil but they are not water sealed so you may want to do that or eventually they will mold from the wet.-When using the wood ones for heavily condensating drinks the coasters will come up with the drink, not necessarily anything against this set, I find it happens with almost all non felt coasters.-The felt ones are very nice and perfect for placing our glass pitcher on. Because the sides are “soft” they kind of splay out and hold the pitcher snug without sliding it around like the wood ones do.-The actual coasters match the listing photos perfectly.Overall these are very nice and have definitely saved my table since they have arrived.

The different materials have different uses
You can never have enough coasters and I really like that this product is actually two separate sets that can be used in different locations. The racks keep them tidy and easy to place or store. Even in the racks, they are surprisingly lightweight which can be either a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.There are two different materials used. Four coasters are wood with a cork pad on bottom to protect surfaces. The other four are compressed layers of felt fabric. There is no other material layered on the bottom. While the felt might protect adequately against scratches, it fails completely at what coasters are designed for in the first place: moisture.The felt version doesn’t hold up well to cold beverages. I experimented to see how long the felt coasters provided protection against an iced beverage. It wasn’t long before condensation started soaking the felt. Being wet made the felt easy to buff and start to decompose. The iced drink could sit on the coaster at room temperature for just under an hour before the coaster was wet all the way through and water was on the countertop. While not everyone might sit with cold beverages for more than 45 minutes, here in the South, that’s not at all unusual.So I only use the felt coasters for warm drinks. Except for eventual wear and tear on the surface, I expect they’ll last just fine. I use the wooden coasters for either hot or cold beverages, but they have the opposite problem. They aren’t absorbent at all. But that’s really minor in the overall picture.The only other issue with the wooden coasters is also an issue for the entire set. The lip around each piece is great for holding in moisture or spills, but it limits them to smaller sized cups and glasses. They work fine on my dinner table, but they’re not practical for use around my kitchen dinette.They’re attractive, easy to handle, and once you know their limitations you can work around them. Would I buy them again? I’ll probably stick with silicone or diatomaceous earth “thirsty stone” coasters.

Cute Set for Smaller Sized Glasses
I have the Set of 8 Coasters from EVERBBKING. I always need extra coasters and liked the colors of this set.Pros:- Each Coaster (wood or felt) has a small lip to help catch liquid or glass perspiration.- Coasters have base that protects surface: felt coasters have felt base, wood coasters have cork base.- Coasters match product images, green may be just slightly less vibrant than in picture but it is pretty close.- Handy little stand for holding coasters when not in useCons:- Coasters are best suited for smaller base cups and glasses. Wider base cups may sit on top of the rim versus inside it which is not ideal.- Set feels much lighter than I would expect. The quality seems mediocre. They are decently made but the materials feel lower quality.Overall this is a cute set, but if you have a lot of wider base glasses / cups this set may not work well for you. The quality is fine for what they are, but if you are looking for something “special” for a gift I would not choose these.
