Well – Made Mixer Slider That Makes a Big Difference
I honestly didn't even know mixer slider mats like this existed, but now that I've used one, I don't know how I went without it. This acacia wood mixer slider looks very nice on the counter and makes it much easier to move a heavy stand mixer back-and-forth without straining or scraping the surface of the counter.The wood feels solid and well-made, but for some reason, I was expecting it to be thicker, more like a cutting board, but once I started using it, the thickness made sense and works perfectly for its purpose. I really like the raised lip around the edge, which helps keep the mixer centered and prevents it from sliding off.The included sliding pads attach to the bottom and allow the tray to glide smoothly across the countertop. It's a simple design, but very effective.Overall, this feels durable, practical, and well thought out. It makes using a stand mixer, more convenient, especially if you keep yours on the counter. For the price, I think it's a good value and a nice upgrade for anyone who uses their mixer regularly.

I have a KitchenAid Professional HD 5 Quart mixer. It's very heavy and a pain to drag across the counter so I previously bought a black cloth sliding mat that goes under the mixer. It made it a little easier to slide, but it still wasn't great. I was excited to try this wood slider mat because it looks so much nicer than the little cloth one. It has a lip that goes all the way around so that the mixer won't slide off the wood when you pull it. My mixer fits perfectly inside of the raised lip. There weren't instructions on placement of the little sliders it comes with, so I attached mine like the dots on the "5" side of a dice to the underside of the wood. It's so easy to slide on my granite counters now, and it looks beautiful. I think it even elevated the look of my mixer because now it looks like it has a nice wood base.

Smooth Sliding Tray That Makes a Heavy Mixer Easy to Use
Out of the package, this acacia wood mixer slider mat had a strong chemical smell, which was a bit off putting at first. After letting it air out on the porch for a few hours, the smell cleared up completely. Applying the included sticky dots was straightforward, and spreading them evenly helped keep everything stable once in place. It fits perfectly under my KitchenAid mixer and slides in and out of the cabinet corner with very little effort.Functionally, this has been a big improvement. The mixer is much easier to access, so I moved it to a more convenient spot and actually use it more often now. The wood looks nice on the counter, and it also helps protect the surface from the small oil drips KitchenAid mixers can develop if they sit unused. Overall, it does exactly what it promises and looks good doing it.

Looks and works great. Keeps the mixer from falling off and allows it to slide easily.
Beautiful wood. Easy to assemble, comes with 5 self sticking sliding pads you can place on the bottom. I recommend cleaning the surface with something to remove the oil of the wood prior to applying the pads. I just used rubbing alcohol. Our mixer is in the corner of our pantry and it can be a pain to pull out. We had one of those plastic two-piece sliders before and the mixer would always fall off of it. This sliding tray has a rim which prevents the mixer from coming off. It slides just fine now with the sliding pads. Makes it much easier to get our mixer out to be able to use it and the natural wood just makes the whole thing look better than the old plastic slider. Good value for the price as is well made and a great design.
