Good for sourdough aliquot container

I use these for the aliquot method of measuring bulk fermentation in sourdough. I put a small piece of dough up to the 10ml line and measure the % growth of the dough. I cover the top with a dough scraper so the aliquot doesn’t dry out.Good quality glass, the etchings are dishwasher safe. It’s a little hard to see against the pale color of the dough, but that’s the nature of glass etchings I suppose. I didn’t measure the accuracy of the lines but it’s good enough for me.

These are excellent. The fact that the measurements are etched into the glass gives me confident that they will not fade like the others that I have bought in the past. The measurements are easy to read and durable. I would like them to make them in a square shape so they are the same diameter on the top and bottom but that is a personal preference.
