This is my first day and I'm already loving this knife!! As described, it did not bend while slicing my bread. Appears to be extremely good quality. The wood used is beautiful! Caution, it's very sharp! I think I will buy one as a gift for my daughter.
Very well made, sharp and good quality, however, I didn't realize that you couldn't flip the blade for left-handed use. I had already thrown away the packaging otherwise I would have returned it. I'll let my husband cut my sourdough as he is right-handed!

Literally the sharpest, easiest knife to use. I wasn’t expecting it to work so well. Definitely looks medieval but is really nice quality.
