Helps you roll out consistently, correct thickness dough with this adjustable rolling pin. It has four sizes to choose from so one of those should fit your specific need. Easy to change sizes and clean up. One small nit is that if you get your dough to wide the sizing rings will cut grooves in it so you have to manage the size. First use took a bit of time to adjust to this setup. It worked great for me and I am very happy with it.
Nice quality. Knobs on each end unscrew easily to attach desired thickness rings.
