This really bakes the cake!
I own a lot of silicone pans, but this bakes the cake. I love it.

Works great, very sturdy top edges.
The product description is a little confusing. This is a silicone pan with a silicone edge, but the edge is reinforced with metal for structural integrity.Silicone is an amazing thing. Your gut might tell you this will melt all over the oven, but it's rated for any normal baking temperature. Product description says this pan will handle up to 446-degrees, and I can't imagine anyone trying to bake a cake or brownies at 446!Anyway, we made a cinnamon swirl crumb cake and it came out well. Others have suggested flattening the pan for space saving, but I worry if it stays that way too long it will lose it's shape.Clean-up was easy. We didn't use a spray in the pan because we weren't sure if we should. It was fine without. The price, currently $15.49, is a bit high in my opinion. You can get a standard metal pan for half that. Otherwise, it's a good pan and the crumb cake was good!
I brought these pans to make brownies and I've made two batches so far and each have come out beautifully with an even bake no sticking (my first batch was for a work holiday party and they were a BIG HIT and gone within hour) I also like the medal trim and handles that provides extra stability for the pan. This is a pans I will be using many times.
I bought the 8x8 square for making soft caramel. They came out with ease! Recommend.
This is a pretty standard silicone tray but is surprisingly versatile. We've made cakes, brownies, chicken, and nachos in it and it always cooks and releases the food, and then cleans up, perfectly. For the price (currently about $16) it's honestly a great deal.
Love this pan for so many reasons! Nothing really sticks to it and my brownies pop right out of the pan. My husband always burns my pans and they end up looking so rusty and gross. They are so hard to clean and scrub but not this pan. It is so easy to clean! It is a great size for brownies or cinnamon rolls!
