Easy to use and works beautifully

Easy to use and clean and works amazingly well. Products come out already cut, if the middle section is in when baked. Beautifully finished so that it doesn't stick to the pan. I made an apple cobbler and each peace lifted out easily with minimal mess left behind. My only semi issue, is that the overall pan is smaller than what I thought it would be. But I have a hard time imagining dimensions correctly.

Perfect brownie bites

Excellent time saver when making brownies. Each portion was almost exactly the same shape and weight. Looking forward to using this pan for Christmas brownies. The cooking time needs to be adjusted from my recipes for brownies. I added almost 10 minutes to the cooking time and probably could have gone another 5 minutes depending on how gooey you like yours. I am ordering another pan.

Great brownie pan!

First of all, the reason for 4 not 5 stars is because the pan measures 12 inches long, X 7+3/4 inches wide, X 1+5/8 inches high (or deep). But, not to worry, it easily holds a batch that I used to put in my 9X9 pan. Otherwise, I followed the suggestion of others and sprayed Pam on bottom and all over the divider. I also used parchment paper on bottom to protect it from scratching. I reduced my baking time by 2 minutes. I use a chewy-gooey brownie recipe from scratch and it came out perfectly - not a crumb stuck to the dividers and evenly cooked! I let it cool about 12 minutes then easily lifted out the divider. Nothing stuck to the parchment paper. Wow! I am impressed! Such neat edges! But this is not the type of pan that makes a crispy crust on all the edges, just the edges that touch the sides of the pan.The only problem I had was: I put a good amount of pecan pieces and chocolate chips in the batter, so after pouring batter in the pan, then placing divider in, the divider didn't go all the way down - some pecan pieces were caught under the sharp bottom edges of the divider panels. So I had to jiggle it and really force it down - had to (gently) slam my hands down on it, one hand at each end area. That worked. I'm happy. And I don't have a dishwasher, but the divider easily cleans up with splashing soapy water on it then, all hot water from the faucet to thoroughly rinse it. Bottom is easy-peasy to hand wash.. Best cooking accessory I have bought in a long time.
