The Best Pots, excellent fitting lids I ever found! Love cooking? You Deserve these Pots!
If this company made and sold other sizes, I would buy every one! As it is, they appear to only sell two, and I have not only bought both, but have bought the same for friends and family as gifts. By the way, they also Love them as much as I do! I can not began to state all the reasons why these pots are the stars in my kitchen. Do yourself a favor; if you love to cook, and also love pots that are the easiest of all to clean, beautiful, and wonderful to cook in, Gift yourself!! Every dedicated Cook deserves these marvelous pots.

This pan is perfect
I had bought the larger one a few years ago. Needed one where I live now. The smaller would do, and so glad I did. I hate pans where the screw buttons are inside the pan. These pans have you screw on the handle, screwdriver included, and no screw buttons inside the pan. Wonderful smooth surface and deeper than most without the angle. It's absolutely the finest surface where everything wipes up with a paper towel. No stick and no teflon. Amazing pan, worth the price.

Great pans
I love these pans. I have them in multiple sizes including the Dutch oven. They really are non-stick, very lightweight and have held up well. I cook eggs in mine every day and wash up like a dream. I have an induction stove top and the heat spreads fairly well. It's not perfect, but it also isn't just in the center of the pan. I love that the lids have a hole for the steam on the top of the lid and the side of the lid and it allows you to drain off the liquid. If you have something small in the pan, it won't fall out when you're draining. I wish they just had one size bigger in the dutch oven.

So far so good
We'll see how it holds up over time but in the last week or so of using it, we couldn't be happier. It's a beautiful color and design, heats evenly, and is very non-stick, cleans easily. The lid is great. Our only issue is the white ring on the lid doesn't look like it will stay on for long, but it seems cosmetic anyway.

I have purchased 4 different skillets in the last few months trying to find one that does as advertised. I purchased this Ailwyn frying pan and it is absolutely the best that I have found yet. It has thick sidewalls and bottom. I use it mostly for cooking breakfast food. It requires very little heat, cooks evenly and the lid seals up perfectly with no oil splattering on the cook stove, and the best part is that it truly non stick. I recently went back and purchased the 11inch skillet as well as the 8 inch.

8" pan gives 8" of cooking space
Refreshing to see a pan manufacturer is giving us the true 8" we all need. The width doesn't diminish within the pan, unlike so many others that you lose up to an inch and a half or more of cooking space. Super easy to clean and is very sturdy. Follow the easy instructions included with the pan.Note: You shouldn't be put off by this but for packing purposes the handle is detached when you receive the item. Don't fret. Don't be sad. Smile. They give you the long screw and they even give you a screwdriver...not some cheap thing that looks like a screwdriver. An actual REAL very useful for many things well made screwdriver. A nice added bonus on a pan that's already appropriately priced. I know some are put off by having a detachable handle thinking it's a less sturdy item but I been using an even larger version of these pans frequently for a couple of years and I've never had to tighten the handle once.I also bought the 9-1/2 inch version because sometimes you do need that extra length. Equally as sturdy and offers same benefits as the 8 inch but there's just more to love.

Perfect pan
I wanted a deep-frying pan to keep from having to clean up around where the pan was used. This one is PERFECT! I cook for two most of the time and don't need a huge pan and this one is a dream in every sense. It is beautiful, cooks perfectly, and never needs more than a wipe out with a paper towel. The only drawback is it cannot be used in the oven, and you cannot put it in the dishwasher, but these are never an issue with me. It cleans up so easily and completely with a paper towel you never have to work at cleaning it. If you need to put something in the oven, use a different vessel.
