This worked perfectly in our convection oven for air frying. We sprayed the rack lightly with olive oil spray before using, as it kept food from sticking, although this isn't always necessary. (We made very messy fried chicken.) Very easy to clean, plus it came with a lot of tray liners also. Highly recommend this product!

Very nice pan and grating. I don't actually use it in an air fryer. I use it as a drip pan for fried chicken or a cooling rack for baked good. It catches the dripping oil or crumbs, for which it works nicely. The size is nice. You could use it in a regular oven as well, or as a small cookie sheet if you insert a silicone pad. All around a useful product.
This review is based on first impressions as I haven't had a chance to cook anything with it yet. I bought it as my wife has been wanting a cooling rack for stuff that she bakes. The tray and pan came individually bagged in bubble wrap bags so don't need to worry about scratches during shipping.The inside of the basket is only around 13.5" x 9.5" on the 15in rack. The legs to the bottom of the basket is about an inch. The pan underneath is about .5 inch deep. There is some flex in the middle when I push down on it but the legs are close enough where it should be enough to support a chicken. The pan felt solid and sturdy.I'm not a cook so I don't know if it's common knowledge, but the product has no information about the maximum temperature it supports.
I am new to air fryers in general and our new range has an air fryer option. Time to buy a basket and tray. The construction of this set is very sturdy with thickly gaged materials that conducts heat well and cleans easily. Nice addition receiving all of the parchment paper. The paper is not an exact fit with the tray so the edges will not be covered (unless you use two!).Thus far I have made buffalo wings, french fries, and most recently salmon filets. Next meal will be roasted vegetables.I am not crazy to think that this basket and tray is a game changer of all game changers, but it does, subtly, make food crispier, cooked faster, and taste better.Go recycle the box. This thing is a keeper and will not be returned.
I've only used this once and my air fryer once for that matter. The pan worked well and the included parchment paper was a nice addition. It made for very easy clean up. I like that the pan is larger than most and I can fit more on it.
I needed one for my LG oven, but wasn't willing to pay $50 or so for the LG rack, so I got this at a great price and it works perfectly!
