Stains easily but works great

These are still going strong after several months of use. They're my first air fry baskets for our new oven, so I can't compare to others, but did feel misled by the description saying they're easy to clean. We put one of the trays in the dishwasher early on and it left permanent discoloration stains (not doing that again!) but performance isn't affected. Baskets and trays do not fully clean but are functional and we use these fairly frequently. They are bulky to store. We love the larger size to fit more in.I did deal with customer service, who were really hard to dialogue with but ended up dealing well with my concerns in the end.

Solid Product At A Great Price

Amazing quality for the price, the metal is surprisingly thick. This isn't some flimsy tray that easily bends and twists.Both the basket and tray is solid and is something you expect from something much more expensive not less than $30.Overall, it does it's job and will last an extremely long time. All for an excellent price, I was pleasantly surprised!
