5 stars for the red nubbly fry mat!
Bought this because it was the Cooks Illustrated pick. Works as described, dishwasher it to clean. Cooks Illustrated describes: "The best design trait of this liner was the sides, which were short enough to allow circ ulating air to reach food yet tall enough to effectively contain grease. The superthin silicone design conducted heat better than thicker models, and its network of short raised bumps elevated food so that air could flow under it. These factors kept cooking times quick. The liner was also effectively nonstick and easy to clean. " I totally agree.If you put a metal baking rack under it that has metal handles, you can lift the whole thing out without spilling. And you don't have to wait for it to cool to remove it either, since no fear of hot grease spills. I love this red nubbly piece!I bought the set only for the red piece. No perceived use for the black items, not sure what to do with them.

Sets off the smoke detector
I washed this (the red silicone piece) with soap and water and dried it before use. Within 5 minutes of being in my air fryer by itself at 400F, it set off the nearest smoke detector (which is not even in the same room). There was no visible smoke and only a faint odor, but this makes me wonder what chemicals are in this mat that are being released with the heat. I have heated other silicone bakeware and never experienced this. This to me seems like a big red flag. I used it a 2nd time after this and it took longer to set off the smoke detector, so maybe I can bake whatever this is out of it... but I'm still somewhat concerned and debating on whether I want to keep using this or not.I also don't like the other two pieces with this. They seem useless, low-quality, and a waste of material. Would have been better if they had a cheaper option that was just a red piece or if they had included another red piece instead of the other pieces. I also wish they had a 9.5in x 9.5in size, as 9in is a little small but 10in would be too big for my 8qt Bella air fryer.Edit: I added a star because the company contacted me about the issue and demonstrated good customer service.

These are for regular size fryers.
Our fryer was not a standard size and we had to cut the liners down to size. My husband likes them. They help keep the fryer cleaner from less debris from the food.
