This is mechanically simple and the buttons/lever are all very easy to use with long nails or severe arthritis. Works better than expected. Hot water for tea stayed hot outside in 18°F for 6 hours. Likely would keep it hot longer but event ended. It sits on a 'lazy Susan' which is helpful. Excellent product.
I bought this last minute for a party. I got a few dollars off the price, so I picked this one over the other choices. It was delivered on time. I had to drive to the party and it leaned over in the seat and didn't leak. It held a batch of hot spiced punch very steamy hot for 4 hours and drinkably hot for at least 2 more. The stainless outside stayed cool to the touch. It seemed sturdy and the lever held up. I like the little tag and stickers that were included.Comes with a brush to clean inside. Only downside is rinsing it out. It's hard to get completely empty.I had been unsure of this airpot but I was impressed by the end of the night. It was a good purchase.
I really like this dispenser. It holds a lot of liquid and keeps hot beverages for quite some time. My only issue is possibly a design flaw in that, it fell over in my car when filled with hot coffee, and half of it leaked out from the top. So it isn't a "thermos" in that it is tightly sealed. My take-away, is that I need to better "support" it when traveling. Outside of that, it definitely "hits the mark".
I can’t believe how well this works! We filled it with coffee for a tailgate on a chilly day, went to the game, came back and the coffee was piping hot. It also got thrown around in the back of the truck and not a leak to be found. Easy to refill and clean. My mom was saying it’s better than an $80 model she has.
The Tomakeit Airpot Coffee Dispenser Thermal with Pump,1.9L/64 Oz Insulated Stainless Steel Large Airpot is a great little airpot. I didn't realize when I made my purchase that it even features a swivel base - that's very handy! If I didn't already have a stainless steel coffee carafe, I would have kept the Tomakeit but I do, so I'm not. I drink about a pot of coffee a day and by late morning I am nuke-ing my coffee to make it hot. I don't like doing that and honestly, I don't think it works all that well. It's as if the reheated coffee is more hot on the outside, than it is on the inside. Freshly brewed coffee seems to be uniformly hot whereas reheated does not. That's why I bought pump carafe - to have hot coffee from breakfast to bed. But my experience was the Tomakeit airpot did not keep my coffee hot all day long. Hot at 4-hours-ish, but not 6 hours and I was back nuke-ing my coffee. I have bought a glass lined, vacuum sealed carafe for my hot coffee addiction and hopefully it will meet my needs. If not, Amazon will be the second to know!
This is a nice sized pot to have. I use it in my van for handy hot water and or coffee it keeps the contents hot all day. I'm alittle concerned about the tops durability in the van .... glad to try it and see
Works great - kept my drinks hot for a LONG time! Good product for the price. Removable tops and included brush make cleaning easier, just be sure to clean them ASAP, and collect excess water with a towel. Would purchase again.
