Great attachment. It fits perfectly on my KitchenAid with no issues at all. I’ve made spaghetti a few times now, and honestly, it’s a total game changer. Solid build, easy to use, and it makes homemade pasta so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you like making fresh pasta at home.
Never made pasta ever but with this within second I had pasta. Make your dough like play dough. If you have a kitchen aid machine this is perfect cheap simple fast. Cleaning simple enough. For Cleaning the dies I use a water hose to blow out the pasta. Quick and easy.
Works great. I already had a pasta sheet attachment but this one allowed me to do fun noodles. Getting the dough right is the toughest part, but once you have that down you can use this for quick pasta nights. Was really durable if you use the right sized pasta ball to push through. The cutter on the end worked great as well. Great product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Solid cast iron material.Build quality:This is a very sturdy, heavy attachment. In experimenting, the dough consistency (moisture level) may requireslight differences for different pasta shape inserts; spiral pasta less dry in order to make it through this rather complicated insert.Cleaning requires time and patience, - my wife has that, I don’t while am the daily cook.Therefore, I am a bit partial recommending any pasta extruder attachment for the otherwise stunning kitchen aid machine that is built like a tank. The option of a pasta roller attachment would be my preferred recommendation; requires just a brush for cleaning up instead of soaking extruder parts in hot soapy water and still frustrations to succeed.
