Powerful Mixer That Looks and Feels Premium
I recently got the Kraftsman All-Metal Stand Mixer, and I’m honestly blown away by how well it performs for the price. I’ve owned a few mixers over the years, and this one easily feels like it belongs in the same class as the high-end brands. The build quality is excellent; the all-metal body gives it a sturdy, durable feel, and it doesn’t wobble or shift around on the counter even when mixing heavier doughs. It also looks really nice in black and has that professional kitchen vibe, so it’s both functional and stylish. The motor is strong but surprisingly quiet compared to other mixers I’ve used. It easily handles thick cookie dough, bread dough, and cake batter without any strain or hesitation. The 8-speed settings give you great control, whether you’re slowly folding ingredients or whipping cream at full speed. The timer feature is a thoughtful addition, especially for recipes that require precise mixing times. You can just set it, walk away, and come back to perfectly mixed ingredients. The attachments are another highlight. The four stainless steel tools whisk, dough hook, beater, and scraper all feel solid and easy to clean. They attach and detach smoothly, and they’ve held up well after multiple uses. The 5.3-quart bowl is a great size for both small and large batches, and the handle makes it easy to pour or scrape out your mixture without making a mess. What I really appreciate is how consistent the results have been. Everything I’ve made so far from bread to cake batter to whipped cream comes out evenly mixed and smooth. The design keeps ingredients from clumping at the bottom, which is something I’ve had issues with on cheaper mixers. If I had to find one small downside, it’s that it’s a bit heavy, so it’s not the easiest to move around if you plan to store it away between uses. But honestly, that’s also part of what makes it feel so solid and stable while mixing.Overall, this is a high-quality mixer that delivers great performance and feels built to last. It’s perfect for anyone who loves baking or cooking and wants something reliable that won’t break the bank. It looks great on the counter, performs like a professional appliance, and makes mixing effortless. I’d highly recommend it for home bakers.

Fantastic Mixer, well built and sturdy! Great for sourdough!
Generally this is a fabulous mixer so far (recent purchase). I make sourdough bread primarily, with the odd batch of cookies and muffins as well. I needed something that was built tough, had a strong motor, and could handle heavy bread dough. Don't have the $$ to indulge in a fancy mixer, but don't want to spend the money for something crap like a KA mixer. This mixer is heavy, but honestly all of them are. Beautiful modern design. Well built attachments, solid stainless, easy to clean. The mixer comes with the flat paddle, paddle with silicone edges, dough hook, whisk, and plastic splash guard. Bowl is large, can do 2 full loaves of bread at a time -- though the double batch does like to climb the dough hook more than a single batch. I got the red color and it's absolutely gorgeous, uniform with no scratches or faults in the finish. The dial is easy to use and I love the timer aspect so I know how long my dough has been mixing.I've done a few batches of dough so far. Minimal shaking (like super subtle vibrating maybe) and the motor is quiet. There was no shifting or moving of the mixer while it was working. I have noted a sort of soft high pitch whine when mixing the dough, not sure if that is normal or because the dough is so thick -- will see if that continues with mixing less dense things in the future. There was a bit of a scent when I first unpacked the unit -- I'm assuming a bit of off-gassing from the red finish? It dissipated quickly and by the next day it was no longer noticeable.Overall, I think this is a great mixer and well worth the sale price of $299. I'm not sure I would have bought it at the full price of $500, only because for a few hundred more I could invest in a fancy Ankarsrum mixer.

Powerful and high quality
This stand mixer feels very solid with its all-metal build and handles dough, batters, and mixing tasks smoothly without struggling. The bowl is a great size for my home baking, and the multiple speeds on the dial are easy to understand and use. It runs quieter than expected for a heavy-duty mixer and honestly feels just as premium as a kitchen aid one

A Huge Upgrade — Quiet, Powerful, and Built Like a Tank
I’ve owned a few stand mixers over the years, including a couple of popular mid-range models, but this all-metal 5.3-quart mixer easily outperforms them. The DC motor runs quietly and never struggles, even with thick bread dough that used to make my old mixer shake. The 8-speed control and timer are incredibly convenient, and the stainless-steel attachments feel heavy-duty and well-made. It’s a bit heavier to move around, but the stability and solid build are worth it. Was skeptical at first with the price, but it is definitely worth it!
