Great purchase
This is an amazing addition to my kitchen and I am planning on bringing this to my next camping trip as well. It is lightweight and somehow cooking is really fun with this one. It is easy to clean too. Size is great especially because it is lightweight. Overall a great purchase.

A Versatile, Lightweight Pick for Outdoor Cooking
If you’re looking for a portable cooking setup that doesn’t weigh down your pack, this grill pan is a solid middle-ground option. At about 2.2 pounds, it’s noticeably lighter than traditional cast iron, which makes it much easier to toss into the car for a picnic or a weekend camping trip. The included carrying bag is actually quite practical; it has dedicated slots for your utensils and seasoning bottles, keeping everything in one place. In terms of performance, the 12.6-inch surface is a good size for feeding two or three people. The nonstick coating is smooth, and the pan’s subtle slope is designed to let excess oil gather away from the food, which is a nice touch for searing meats. One interesting observation is how it handles eggs—they tend to come out softer and more moist than on a standard flat griddle. It’s possible the textured pattern on the surface allows for a bit of airflow underneath, though that’s just a guess based on how the food turns out. That said, there are a few design trade-offs to keep in mind. The wooden handles look good and help with the heat, but they can be a bit loose. You definitely don’t want to tilt the pan or lift it at an angle using just the handles, as they can slide off fairly easily. Also, if you decide to swap the handles around for different cooking setups, the metal clips tend to leave permanent scratches on the edges of the pan. It’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the cooking area, but it’s something to be aware of if you like your gear to stay looking new.Overall, while it’s advertised for both indoor and outdoor use, it feels much more at home in a camping environment. Because it’s so lightweight, it can slide around quite a bit on smooth induction or glass stovetops, which isn't ideal for safety. However, for a portable outdoor BBQ solution at a reasonable price point, it gets the job done well and offers some clever convenience features.

Alocs makes some great products - love this grill pan
I grabbed this Korean-style grill pan for camping trips with my Coleman stove and it's been way better than trying to cook directly on grill grates or using regular flat pans. The 12.6" square design gives more usable cooking space than round pans - I can fit multiple burger patties, veggies, and marinated meats at once without crowding. The textured surface creates those nice grill marks and drains grease into the channels, keeping food from sitting in oil.The 4-layer construction heats up fast and evenly on my Coleman camp stove - no more hot spots that burn one side while leaving the other raw. The nonstick coating is legit - food slides right off without scraping or soaking the pan afterward, which is clutch when you're washing dishes at a campsite with limited water. At only 2.2 lbs with a detachable handle, it's light enough to pack without dominating my camping bin. The included stainless steel oil filter and storage bag are nice touches for keeping everything organized.I've used it for Korean BBQ-style camping meals with marinated bulgogi and grilled vegetables, regular burgers and hot dogs, and even breakfast bacon and eggs. Works great on my Coleman stove and would be solid on gas, electric, or induction at home too. Cleanup is easy - just wipe it down and you're done.TLDR:Versatile Korean grill pan with nonstick coating that works great for camping on Coleman stoves. Lightweight, heats evenly, and cleans up easily for outdoor or indoor cooking.

I really like this versatile pan
I have a lot of different pans I do a lot of different things but nothing quite like this. Recently switched over to induction and need to have all my pans work on induction. This one works great on my induction. It seems to have no problem working raised off of the surface using the handles. I'm assuming I could get higher heat if I need it by putting it flat on there and turning the handles with the metal up but I haven't had a need for that. I've made a bunch of different things in this I thought I might have some problems with some stuff spilling out but it's really not a problem as long as you don't overload the pan . I use this on my grill the other day to saute some peppers and onions for sausage sandwiches and it worked fantastically. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan until you start getting to the edges. The non-stick seems to be really really good. No scratches after more than a dozen uses. That's really nice that they included the dumpling rack that fits perfectly over the pan and the traveling case. I actually really think I'm going to be using this as my new camping pan. The problem with other pans is the handle that sticks out and makes traveling awkward. This fits neatly into the case and you can put all of your kitchen essentials in one spot. I have a portable induction range and a grill so this will be perfect for that. If there's one con with this I would say that I really wish the handles were a little bit tighter and harder to get on and off. If you press down hard on the pan the handles will slide off and your pan will fall and it'll be very difficult to put the handles back on while you're cooking. Just don't press too hard like you're squeezing a burger and you'll be fine. I did not feel that was worth deducting a star because of how versatile these detachable handles make it. I am a culinary professional and I've used many many pans and know what a good pan is I can tell you this is a good one and I feel that the price is appropriate for what you get
