Good Quality Meat Tenderizers

This set of meat tenderizers is very good quality! They both have a decent weight to it. The weight makes it a little easier to tenderize your meat and have full control over the depth of pounding into the meat. The different textures and designs on each side of the meat tenderizer is a necessity for a different types of meat and depending on what kind of tenderizing you want to do. They have held up to several washings without any kind of degradation. Meat tenderizers are something that you might not realize you need, but once you have them, you will never want to be without them because they make such a difference, especially for any kind of pork steak or beef/sirloin steaks. The items came exactly as described, and I could not be happier with them. Used them to tenderize some steaks this week and they came out perfectly! These are huge.

When I ordered these I did not pay attention to the size I don't even know if that was shown in the description, but when I took these out of the packaging I was wowed because they are freaking huge. I was expecting something so much smaller like my mother had when I was a kid. These take thick chicken breast and flatten it out with ease. They are comfortable to use and will due the job you need with ease. They are also easy to clean unlike those stabbing meat tenderizer which is the in reason I wanted these. I am very satisfied with these and while I don't think I will need to buy any more of these if I did have to I would but these again.

This Thing is Heavy Duty!

I didn't buy it to tenderize meat, but I'm assuming it would do a great job. It's HUGE and heavy duty. Not heavy enough to make it difficult to use though. I use it to break up bagged ice. I use a ton of bagged ice throughout the day, and it has a tendency to freeze together and make it impossible to get any out. I had a tiny meat tenderizer I used to use back in the day that was good, but something happened to it. When I saw this, I knew I had to try it again. It's been perfect. I hardly have to expend any energy. It does a great job for what I use it for.

Handle is too narrow for comfortable grip

You can pound the steak OK, but the you will end up with a sore hand. The handles are simply not ergonomic.They are narrow and hard to keep a grip. The heads are OK and they are easy to clean.I am planning to 3D print some slip on hand grips that might fix the problem.

I really like the design of the Amazing Abby 2-Pack Aluminum Meat Tenderizer. It has a hanging loop built in to the handle. It is hefty, just right for its purpose. Unlike more complicated cubers or crank gadgets, this Amazing Abby Meat Tenderizer is easy to clean. Since aluminum can discolor in a dishwasher, they recommend hand washing, which would take all of 10 seconds. Many users recommend using plastic wrap to keep things neater, and of course this will make cleanup even easier. Using this mallet will allow faster cooking, more tender eating, and quicker digestion. I have a lot of deer around, and although I prefer to buy meat, it may come to necessity. This is also a good tool for surviving. The two-pack is a plus for gifting one.

Heavy Duty Tenderizers!

Great set of 2 heavy duty meat tenderizers! Nice large size and with a smooth side and a rough side, they gets the job done quickly and easily. The handle is easy to grip and the cut out loops to make it super convenient for hanging. I also use a sheet of clear plastic cling wrap between the food and the mallet to prevent splatter and as an added bonus it also helps keeps the mallet cleaner so it is easy to clean by simply handwashing in hot water with some dish detergent.
