It's new so review won't cover much use. But I am pleased with size, shape, quality, & appearance. It's difficult to find a wide-mouth 16 oz tumbler. Double-wall and insulated description is exactly what I was looking for. Shipping and delivery were excellent. Hope it's long lasting and as good as "T" tumblers.
These glasses are perfect! They don’t sweat at all. They are great for our sunporch since they won’t break. I will probably be buying another 4 pack
I bought the 24-oz version from the same brand first, to replace the 20-oz Libby glasses I’ve been using for years - but they were too top-heavy with a base that tapers in.I tried these for the straight sides = they are VERY stable and tip-resistant. I’ve accidentally bumped them while full and have been pleasantly surprised by how tip-resistant they are.I clean them in the top rack of my dishwasher with no problems.I’ve only used them for cold beverages and they keep my drinks cold for much longer than the uninsulated, glass (Libby) ones I replaced with these.They have a solid feel to them, and are pretty ‘stout’, so people with smaller hands might have a problem with gripping them - just due to the diameter. Surface is not slippery, and the grooves help with keeping a good grip on them when they’re full.These wound up being just what I needed - insulated and tip-resistant - even thought they are I little less capacity than I thought I needed.Photos show my Libby 20-oz glass, this 16-oz insulated glass, and the 24-oz insulated glass - with a 16-oz bottle of pop for reference.
I've had a half dozen different brands and sizes of insulated tumblers over the years. Just recently my last (28oz) tumbler had an accident which it didn't survive. Being summer, and me loving a good cold lemonade /ice coffee regularly, I didn't want to go a day without replacements. I figured I'd take a chance on this set and I'm glad I did. What I like:1) The two sizes are "Goldielocks" right. The 16 oz is perfect (1/2 full of ice) for a can so soda or glass of water with dinner. The 24 oz is just right for sipping on a big cold drink across the afternoon.2) Both sizes seem to have the right balance of height vs width. They don't tip over easily yet are easy to grip.3) The ribbed exterior makes the cups nice to hold and slip free.4) These things do NOT sweat at all!5) They insulate super well. A 1/2 glass of ice, will last for 2-3 refills. I often finish a drink in front of the TV at 11 or so and leave it there when I retire for the night. When I come back 7 hours later, the water in the glass is still very cold and drinkable.6) Love the 6 pack. There are enough to share with guests but they don't take up the entire cupboard.In all honestly, I hand wash/rinse these so can't speak to how they do in the dishwasher. I'll know when the wife sneaks one in some night :-)
Keeps drinks cold and doesn't sweat
Just as described - these glasses hold up beautifully - been using for months and no scratches or discoloring at all. They feel good to hold - not too big and because of design feel quite secure in hand. Wish they came in a set of one or choice of colors as I like the bright blue and rose ones best. But all in all a great buy!
I love the mixed colors and they are sweat proof. They are well made and dishwasher safe.
